Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped whichever is earlier. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. But you can return the order after the delivery if you're not satisfied with the product.

You can opt to get refunded via your original payment method which may take longer (about 10 business days) or you can opt for an exclusive gift card worth the exact amount of the order, this method is quicker and can be done instantly — you can redeem the gift card on our store and can be combined along with any other discount codes/coupons you already may have.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or in the form of a store credit/gift card/discount coupon, whichever you prefer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
